Where do you ship to?

We ship Worldwide, please visit delivery page on our website.

What if I am not in when my delivery arrives?

All deliveries will need to be signed for. If our customer is not around when delivery arrives this will go to your nearest depot for collection.

Can I amend/cancel my order?

Once orders are placed we cannot cancel the order.
Please ensure all information is entered correctly e.g. size, address, colour.

I still have not received my refund

We aim to process refunds within 48 hours. Due to this depending on who our customer banks with our customer should receive a refund within 5-7 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We try to get our orders out the same day, the orders are placed providing we have the stock ready – as some garments are made once ordered turn around can be up to 14 days.

How will I know when my order has been despatched?

You will receive an email with your order number and tracking number once dispatched.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please visit the returns page on our website. All order must be returned in the condition they are received in, and within 14 days of receiving delivery.
